We are a continuous improvement business in Auburn, CA which is located in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Chris Turner is the principle and owner of the Lean Manufacturing Way website. He has over 35 years of hands-on experience in the continuous improvement field.

The goal of this website is the training and development of individuals, teams and organizations focused in manufacturing, to allow them to understand and implement lean manufacturing principles to transform their working environments.

Our goal is to support our clients through each phase of their lean implementation process. They have a choice to use our on-site lean consulting services and/or our online lean training courses
