Chris Turner is the principle and owner of the Lean Manufacturing Way website. He has over 39 years of knowledge acquired through hands-on experience working in the continuous improvement field.

The goal of this website is the training and development of individuals, teams and organizations who are focused on manufacturing, to allow them to understand and implement lean manufacturing principles to transform their working environments.

Our goal is to support our clients through each phase of their lean implementation process. They have a choice to use our on-site lean consulting services and/or our online lean training courses
